CIIC and BIIP hold the 2007 Point-to-Point
Work Communication Conference
---President Wang requests
BIIP to strive for listing in 2008
The Operational Department collected
leaders of CIIC and principal of each functional department and held
2007 Point-to-Point Work Communication Conference together with BIIP
on March 2, 2007. Liu Qun, general manager of BIIP, and relevant departments
of BIIP reported work plans and measures to break through bottleneck
in 2007. President Wang put three important directions to BIIP and requested
it to struggle for listing in 2008.
President Wang requested BIIP to focus on details and
start anew with the verve of creating history. Firstly, it shall stress
on key points. The core of key works in 2007 is to start up the 1,400,000-meter
project of Phase II that plans to be sold soon upon receiving the approval
for scale control. Wang put that the BIIP's objective is to get ready
for listing in 2008 with excellent operational performances. In the
meanwhile, he requested that the Planning Department should make out
BIIP's listing mode. Listing financing will provide more adequate capital
support for starting up sister parks in other regions and countries.
Secondly, it shall continuously conduct expansion works
for projects, boosting foreign projects with domestic projects and vice
versa. During the course of implementing "Go Global" strategy
and starting up "Double-Thousand Plan", it focuses on cash
flow; besides stressing on European projects and striving for more profits;
meanwhile, beefing up to expend projects in the Middle East and U.S.
It shall brave to join in design, building and business invitation works
for the new World Trade Center of U.S. for the sake of influx of hundreds
of enterprise settling down in parks and 1000 private owned enterprises
of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce into U.S. five years
later.
Thirdly, it shall continuously integrate top-end resources.
In the world, the resources refer to Fortune 500 and governmental officials
of western developed countries such U.S. and U.K. In China, they involved
with ten disaster recovery centers built in sister parks.
Last but not least, Wang requested BIIP to constantly
beef up team building and create talent employment mode and material
incentive mode for the purpose of reproducing, accumulating and training
talents for other regions and countries. Wang stated that a star of
"park economy" is about to rise in stock market upon arduous
efforts of BIIP team.
