Mr. Tianyi Wang, president and chairman
of the board of directors
of China International Industry and Commerce Co., ltd.
addressed in the welcome party of the summit.

President Tianyi Wang proposed
that "Centralizing office buildings and industrial parks ",
the rapid development of the information industry in China, and
the transferring trend of productive forces of companies listed
among the Fortune 500 to China all call for the construction of
specialized industrial parks. Hence, to build up and develop the
information industry base has become the strategic objective of
Beijing International Information Park.
Beijing International Information
Park has chosen 4 cities, Beijing, Haikou, Hangzhou, and Xi'an,
as the bases to develop information industry, forming the pattern
of "dominated by one industry and interacted by four parks"
by bringing the local advantageous resources into full play.
