The year 2003 was a year of gratifying, with
encouraging achievements in the building of the park, after two years
of exploring and hardworking. All could not be achieved without the
trust and attention from President Wang, the proper strategic arrangement
by Vice-President Liu Qun, or the cohesion of all the colleagues of
the company.
When talking about the cohesion of the enterprise, tribute must be paid
to the personalized management by President Liu. Because of its concept
of "internationalization" and enormous potential for future
development, BIIP attracts many ambitious young people. At the beginning,
what people care more are the perspectives for the development of the
enterprise as well as the platform for individual development. While
having a true understanding of the company and feeling the specific
atmosphere of the enterprise, more and more people have greater determination
to prospers together with the enterprise.
With the arrangements of President Liu, the Administration Office takes
a record of every staff's birthday. On that day, we can receive a birthday
card with warm greetings written by President Liu himself, and a cake
order by the General Office. The company chooses a weekend day to hold
a party for those having birthday in the same month. On the birthday
party in February, Liu Lu from the Administration Office said: "I
have had many birthdays now, but it is the first time today to have
more than 40 people celebrating my birthday together. Thank you all,
and I feel proud to be one of this group." Words from the heart
as such have been expressed by everyone of us, because the company cares
everyone of us in the same way.
After the SARS period, President Liu put the health of the staff more
heavily in his heart. Since the opening of the fitness center, Badminton
Team of the company was set up by the Operational Department. Team members
hire the terrace, buy equipments and uniforms together. If work schedule
allows, on every Tuesday and Thursday team members will go to the stadium
for exercise, and President Liu joins when he has time. Those who could
not play learned how to paly, and those who could play better. The company
also organized matches between partners in government departments ,
other companies and us. These activities have enhanced understanding
and communication. BIIP team has had two matches with Changping Bureau
for Investment and International PR Association.
Such things are countless: during the changing time of seasons, our
company will offer some medicals to prevent cold and heat; when an employee
is ill, the General Office will arrange company leaders to visit the
patient. We can say that the care of staff from the company can be seen
in all aspects. In a group like this, we have no reason not to work
whole heartedly for the development of the company, because it is truly
our own family.
