In the charming Autumn of Beijing, I became a
formal work staff of the Operation Department of the large and harmonious
Beijing Yongfeng International Information Park Development Co., Ltd.
Since then, I stepped into a new stage of my life.
It has been 13 years since I graduated from university.
I held various positions of construction projects in fields from domestic
real estate industry to foreign construction circles. I engaged in relative
work in large-scale companies of Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and so on.
Those experiences of working abroad for many years enable me to adequately
understand and master the business strategies and operational modes
of large-scale companies. Besides, my professional skills and management
ability can be preferably and effectively applied on different platform.
After over ten years of experiences, my bold
and generous passions have been faded away. Nowadays, I was endowed
with a responsible mature and steady-going personality. I regarded life
and work with an entirely new point of view.
I have worked in the Operation Department for
one month. Here I am moved by the colleagues' harmonious and friendly
helps as well as leaders' selfless concerns for several times. I can
feel the warmth of this grand family ever and again and it gives me
a great sense of belongingness and recognition. I am proud to be a member
of this energetic and cohesive team. Besides, I have been growing in
this grand family with a feeling of being trusted, and undertaking my
work and responsibilities that the company endowed me with enthusiasm
and earnest. The continuous development and progress of the BIIP have
a great relation with my personal growth in the future. Keeping in mind
the mottoes that we should not pleased by external gains and saddened
by personal losses, as well as we should extensively study to push ambitions
ahead and diligently ask and think of questions, I will try my best
to strive for a better achievement in the future. Although there would
be pities and failures, only if we cherish affections to this grand
family with full of struggling passion, can the grand family be full
of colorful flowers.
