At the beginning of 2002,
I assumed my post in Beijing International Information Park as a salesperson.
Over the past two years, I have the privilege to witness the process,
during which a young team has obtained wonderful achievements. I feel
that joining in such an outstanding group is lucky and I believe my
partners have similar ideas ---our undertaking and team are worthy of
pride.
Investment attraction is different from the promotion
of other products, which involves many aspects and departments, from
the selecting of the customers to successful signing of the contracts.
Therefore, a united and cooperative team with appropriate work division
is needed to ensure the smooth operation of every link. Through such
management measures as training, morning meeting and summary plan, the
leaders constantly uplift the business quality and expertise of the
employees and urge various departments to cooperate to better carry
forward the work.
In October 2002, I began to participate in the
PetroChina international investment project. The leaders attached great
importance to the project and Executive Vice President Liu took charge
of it in person and various departments cooperated closely. With one
year's strenuous negotiation, we signed the contract finally in September
2003. Because of the success of this project, I was named "Sales
Champion" in the year of 2003. I never consider the honor is my
own, because without top-class management and the common efforts of
a top-class team, I can never obtain today's achievement.
Taking efforts to sell products is the bounden
duty of every salesperson. Being confident with their own products is
the most basic prerequisite. Frankly speaking, one can hardly live up
to it two years ago ---because at that time, what came to your eyes
in the park were weeds and loess, one can hardly associate them with
a modern high-tech park. I still remember that it is Executive President
Wang's encouragement that gives me confidence and courage: "one
can't live without dreams". If only you believe in your dream and
unceasingly work for it, you are sure to get success. Now I've realized:
the reason that people must embrace dream is that experiencing the realization
of dreams is wonderful.
When it comes to the year of 2004, the development
planning of the information park is adjusted. With the differences of
in-park enterprises in all aspects in consideration, we provide a humanistic
and multiple product combination, including land for industrial purpose,
workshop, office building and auxiliary housing. After the spring festival,
Executive Vice President Liu has presided several meetings and formulated
detailed working plans and deployed the detailed implementation step-by-step.
With the successful experience and outstanding talent foundation in
the phase I development, we are even more confident with this year's
work. We are sure to overcome difficulties and advance to forge more
brilliance for the information park and the group.
